This is an excellent app for event planning. Whether you are an event planner, a wedding planner, a tent company, rental company, or just an individual planning your own event you will find this app extremely helpful .
This app contains two (2) calculator programs:
Room Calculator can be used to figure out the number of guests that can fit into a room, given the room dimensions (in feet). i.e. Hotel ballrooms, banquet halls, etc.

Tent calculator figures the size of tent needed when you enter the number of guests and pick style of seating, dance floor, etc.
Both calculators can adjust from cozy to roomy. Plus there is a section for adding additional square foot needed for custom items.
In the tent calculator you can let the app figure the best size tent for your event or you can choose a width from the drop down list and let the app determine the length of tent needed.
When you push the calculate button the app will show at the top of the screen what was chosen and copies that information to Androids clipboard which allows you to post it into email, texts, messaging software, notepad, and others for sharing.
